Bodyweight Workouts 

Don’t have weights at home, but you’re looking for efficient, pre-programmed workouts to help you increase lean muscle mass, improve core strength and incorporate more dynamic movement patterns? This plan is perfect for you. The workouts in this program give you variety, accountability and structure. Each week, you’ll know exactly which type of workout to do, and on which day to do it. There’s also one mobility day each week. Mobility helps you improve your range of motion, flexibility, and overall movement capacity. 

Each week you will have

  • 3-4 strength training workouts (20-40 mins) (core, lower/upper body, bodyweight, plyometrics)

  • 1 mobility day: flexibility and range of motion (all bodyweight) 

Equipment needed: foam roller, mat, yoga block, and resistance bands.

Level: Intermediate

Additional details: If you don’t have weights at home, or you’re intimidated by weights, this program gives you the tools and exercises you need to workout at home, or progress into lifting weights. Bodyweight exercises are super effective when done correctly. There’s mobility training, core work, lower and upper body exercises, and plyometrics in these workouts which gives you a great well-rounded approach to getting the absolute most out of your workouts.
