Duration: 6 weeks 

Description:

This 6-week plan is great for advanced runners who may have an existing running routine but want to add in 2 runner-specific strength training workouts and 1 mobility day, each week. You can do the workouts on whichever days you choose throughout the week! 

Equipment:

Barbell, plates, kettlebells (25lbs+) (optional dumbbells), mini resistance bands (purchase HERE), a box or bench, and a mat.
