Hi, I’m Meg:

In 2013 I became a certified personal trainer.

In 2014, I got a L2 CrossFit certification. I love lifting.

In 2015, I became a certified running coach.

In 2016, I became a founding trainer of an audio-guided running app, which took me to New York City.

And in 2019, I created my own app, Movement & Miles, and moved to Colorado. Trail running truly stole my heart.

My current certifications are : RRCA, UESCA, NASM CPT/CNC, USATF, CrossFit L2.

But let’s rewind.

I ran track at Georgia State University, the 800 meter race, and in 2011, I graduated with a degree in Journalism. After graduation, I dabbled in PR and marketing for a while, but eventually decided the 9-5 wasn’t for me and that my true passion was in helping to coach, teach, and work with athletes.

Post-college, my personal running journey really took off. I went from running the 800 meter race, to running several half marathons, a few marathons, and then I got REALLY into ultra running, all the while simultaneously crafting my holistic approach to running through certifications, courses, my own personal injuries, and working with 1:1 clients. As an injury-prone athlete myself, I became SO curious as to WHY there were no apps or coaches out there with a really comprehansive and holistic approach to running. But I knew I had the skills and experience to build something to fill that niche, so I did.

And now we’re here. And I’m stoked you found me. There’s nothing I love more than the opportunity to coach someone who relates to my approach and my coaching.
