Each week you have:
1 mobility workout
3 prehab and strength training workouts
Program details: whether you're a runner, or just like to weight train, this program is going to help you improve your mobility and prevent movement compensations, muscle imbalances, and potential injuries. All the exercises are geared toward improving joint health, movement capacity, strength, stability, and muscular endurance. I would recommend having prior experience with weight training. The best part about this program is that you can schedule the workouts throughout your week however you want!
Equipment: Foam roller, mini resistance bands (purchase HERE), yoga block, weights (15lb+ dumbbell or kettlebell), and a mat
