You’ll need:
1 medium sweet potato, cubed
2 eggs
Olive oil
Salt + pepper

How to make it:
Roast sweet potato cubes at 400°F with olive oil, salt, and pepper for ~25 minutes.
Cook eggs to your liking (fried, soft-boiled, or scrambled).
