Description:

If you're looking to improve flexibility, range of motion, and joint capacity, this series of modules is my favorite! You have 15 mobility/flexibility workouts you can incorporate each week. If you're just starting out with mobility, I'd do at least 2-3 each week, and if you're looking to maintain, 1-2 workouts each week works great!  

Equipment:

Foam roller, mini resistance bands (purchase HERE), yoga block, optional weights (dumbbells or kettlebells), and a mat
