Prehab: Knee/ITBS + Mobility
Level: Beginner / Intermediate
Duration: 4 weeks
Description: 2 prehab workouts and 2 mobility workouts each week. This program is great for anyone who wants to improve their knee health and prevent runner’s knee and IT band syndrome. The mobility workouts in this plan aim to improve range of motion in the hips and overall flexibility.
Equipment: 15lbs+ kb or dumbbell, mini resistance bands (purchase HERE) , foam roller, yoga block, and a bench or box.
