3 strength training workouts (weights and bodyweight)
1 mobility workout
Program description: This plan is great for either detraining, or prepping to train. The focus in this program is to balance strength training with running (3 workouts of each every week). You will need access to a barbell and kettlebells. The goal of this program is to build strength, while maintaining endurance. The run workouts range from speed work, to endurance and active recovery runs.
Equipment: Kettlebells, a barbell, plates, a box or bench, mini resistance bands, and a mat.
