Working with Meg is one of the best investments I’ll ever make. I look better and feel better, absolutely, but it’s so much more than that. I experience the benefits of our training in almost every life movement. I’m stronger, more confident, and have more energy whether I’m going for a bike ride or simply walking up the stairs in my own house. I’ve gained muscle, lost fat, increased endurance, improved balance and stability, and generally feel like I can take on whatever each day might bring. Meg's app gave me the confidence to start running again! I've run a few long races in my past but after kids, COVID, aging, and all things happened, I found myself missing it and realizing how much running improved my mental health. I was so "out of shape" in my own head though, and getting started felt too hard. Meg's beginner runs make me feel like a runner no matter how fast I am. She taught me that warming up appropriately is KEY and even makes the runs feel so much easier. I love not having to think about how/what to run next - she just tells you in your ear and keeps you motivated to finish. I feel like I have her right next to me when her cues are usually spot on to what I need to hear, how I'm feeling, and tips to make the run go smoothly. I'm grateful for her work!

I'm in my (early) 50s and I'm most interested in long-term fitness, mobility and peace of mind. When I downloaded Meg's app, I had three goals:
1) Run 2-3x/week and not get injured.
2) Learn to run better, smarter and a little faster
3) Use my running time wisely--ie, avoid self-criticism and work with where I was on each run
Because Meg's approach to training is balanced, realistic and, most importantly, interesting, I achieved these goals. I HIGHLY recommend hitting the running road with Meg!

I’ve been running with Meg for almost 10 years now. Her audio guided training turned a non runner into someone who looks forward 10km races! While the last few years have been difficult with injury for me, I’m now in the right place physically and mentally to get back into running and I use Meg’s app for every run both outdoor and treadmill.
