Mobility + Core Strength

Level: Intermediate 

Duration: 4 weeks 

Each week you have:

  • 2 mobility/flexibility workouts

  • 1 core/upper body workout

Program details: this is a great plan to compliment your training, whether it's running or strength training. All the workouts in this program are designed to help you: improve joint strength, core and upper body strength, movement capacity, and flexibility. The best part about this program is that you can do each week's workouts on your own time. It's the perfect way to add in complimentary workouts to your existing training schedule.

Equipment: Mini resistance bands (purchase HERE) , foam roller, kettlebell or dumbbell, a yoga block, and a mat.
