Each week you have:

  • 3 strength training workouts

  • 1 mobility workout

Program Details: This program is great for any advanced athlete who are looking to combine core strength, barbell lifts, and kettlebell exercises. The exercises in these workouts aim to help you improve unilateral stability, power, and overall muscular endurance. I would recommend prior experience with lifting to start this program. You can either use the program during a running de-training cycle, or if you're not a runner, and just want to strength train to the max!

Equipment:
Resistance bands (purchase
HERE), a barbell with plates, a kettlebell (25-45lb+), can substitute a kb for a dumbbell, a box or bench, a mat, and a foam roller.
