Program Details: if you're looking to hone in on mobility, this is a great program to incorporate into any existing running or strength training schedule. Each week, you have 3 mobility workouts that will help you: improve range of motion, strengthen your joints, and increase your flexibility. The exercises range from a beginner to more intermediate-level and will challenge your body to move in ways you aren't typically used to. Improving your overall movement capacity not only helps prevent injuries, but also increases your power and movement fluidity.
Equipment: M/M mini bands, 15 lb+ kettlebell or dumbbell, a box or bench, and a mat.
