Description:

Each week, you have 4 strength training workouts and 1 mobility workout. This program works great for those who are looking to gain more power, speed, and lean muscle. If you have experience with weight training and are borderline more advanced, this program will be a great fit for you.  

Equipment:

Barbell, kettlebells (15lbs+ or optional dumbbells), mini resistance bands (purchase HERE), a mat, a box or bench, and plates for the bar.
