Each week you have:
2 strength training workouts
1 prehab workout
1 mobility workout
Program Details: This program works great for people who run, don’t run, or people who may participate in a different sport and just want to improve overall strength, stability, and range of motion. I would recommend having prior experience with weight training before starting this program. The exercises in this program aim to help you improve: power, unilateral strength, knee health, joint strength, and core stability.
Equipment:
Equipment needed: 20lb+ kettlebell or dumbbell, mini resistance bands, foam roller, a mat, box or bench, and a yoga block.
